Sydney Newborn Photography session of a 4 weeks old baby boy.

I am so behind blogging. Time flies when you are a photographer and a mum to a preschooler. Anyway, here we go… finally sharing some photos from this cutest little one’s Sydney Newborn Photography session! He was 4 weeks old when I took these photos of him. A little bit “older” than ideal age for a newborn photography session (1-2weeks old) but he was so good for us. His amazing mum was kind enough to answer a few questions for my Newborn Photography blog.

Did you find out if your baby was a boy or a girl? Why or why not?
We didn’t find out as we wanted it to be a surprise. I also thought I would overthink having a boy or girl while I was pregnant and I thought I had enough to think about while pregnant.

What were your first thoughts when you saw your baby?
Its a boy – wow! And he is so cute and big (he weighted 4.33kg).

What were some names you had picked out for your baby for a boy & a girl?
For a girl we like Sienna and we had quite a few other names for girls, so I’m glad we had a boy as we gad a agreed on one name for a boy.

Any nicknames? If so, what are they?
Cutie Patootie and Bubba as I called my baby Bubba while I was pregnant as I didn’t know if a boy or a girl.
