8 months old baby’s photo shoot

I was delighted to welcome this gorgeous baby girl for a milestone baby photo session. At 8 months old she was great at sitting and just chilling out.
Capturing babies between 6 months and 10 months old is the best age to photograph your baby for many reasons. Somewhere just after 6 months old is the sweet spot where a baby can sit up by themselves but they can not crawl much yet. This creates so many opportunities to capture their cuteness. Even though babies are so much more advanced than their newborn self, they still have the chubby baby legs, dimpled baby hands, and tiny baby feet. Why not capture those precious details with a photo shoot to remember it by!

During this session there was a lot of laughter and playful moments. This type of session is always the most fun for everyone!

By six months, your baby may be able to sit up on their own, they have probably become experts at rolling over, and are laughing and smiling, all of which make for great photo opportunities. I love photographing babies at this age, and it’s especially joyous to watch them interact with parents. The little giggles and snuggles are the absolute best!
