I’m Lena, a Sydney newborn photographer specialising in beautiful in-home sessions across the Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs — Manly, Dee Why, Freshwater, Narrabeen, Collaroy, Curl Curl, Mona Vale, Avalon and more as Chatswood and Mosman.

I come to your home with everything needed — studio lighting, backdrops, wraps and props. You don’t need to go anywhere with your newborn. I set up in your living room and we capture those precious first days together.

The best time to capture your newborn is within the first 1-3 weeks — when they are tiny, sleepy and perfectly curled. Book your due date in advance to secure your spot.

I enjoy capturing babies being little, as for me this is what we always want to relive – the moment you were holding your precious little baby in your arms. Helping families celebrate the arrival of a new addition is incredibly rewarding, and I love my job so much.

I specialise in newborn photography, but today I’d like to share a bit more about another passion of mine. Whenever I get the chance, I love to head out early in the morning to witness and capture the breathtaking beauty of ocean sunrises. There’s something truly magical about the serene and ever-changing colors of the dawn sky over the ocean. It’s a refreshing escape from my usual routine and a reminder of nature’s incredible artistry. Each sunrise is a unique masterpiece, and capturing these moments is a joy that complements my love for photographing newborns. Photographers Northern Beaches are always inspired by the stunning natural beauty that surrounds this area.
Since I became a mum to a gorgeous little boy a few years ago, capturing nature doesn’t happen as often now. The beautiful sunrise photo of Curl Curl beach you see below was taken when I was pregnant with my son.

My husband and I embarked on an incredible journey, capturing 365 sunrises in a row. It was an amazing experience, and landscape photography remains such a joy for me. I also have a background in working in real estate photography and capturing weddings.
