Milestone baby photography session

Today I would like to blog about one of the recent baby photography sessions I shoot. The last time I saw this little boy was back at his newborn photography session… he has grown since then! He is now sitting up all by himself and giving the most gorgeous smiles! I just love it when I get to see my little newborn clients ‘all grown up’! They grow so fast, so capturing your baby’s milestones means you can treasure each stage forever. I suggest the 6-9 month age group is the perfect age for your baby’s next shoot. Whether you did or didn’t get the opportunity to have your newborn session then this is the next best time. This is when they can sit unassisted, make eye contact to the camera and full of beautiful smiles, and showcase cheeky personality. This cute little one was 7.5 months old when I met him again.

Newborn sessions are beautiful, but there is something so amazingly adorable about little babies who can sit. Being able to sit up opens so many options for photographer to pose the baby. I believe every mother should have her baby photographed during this stage, they grow unbelievably fast. And not to mention, these baby sessions are the great way to capture your child in one of their most personality filled times.
