I’ve met this gorgeous baby girl when she was 17 days old.  She was quite alert and spent a good part of her newborn session wide-eyed and looking around. When babies stay awake for their session, they can not really be posed. But I have come to love those awake photos just as much as the sleepy photos.  Isn’t she just adorable with those blue eyes looking around!  Whether your new little one falls asleep or not, we will take beautiful portraits that you will love forever. And I feel like I have to share the feedback that I received from this little girl’s mum:

Lena took photos of my girl when she was 17 days old. I never realised how much goes into taking good photos of tiny babies until then. It took hours and a lot of patience. There was a lot of rocking and feeding to get her to sleep so she could be folded into cute poses. Her nappy had to be off (because who wants a nappy in the photo) and she peed on everything because it took hours… It’s an art! Thanks Lena aka the baby whisperer. x
