Recently, I had the joy of capturing a beautiful family with the newborn baby. This sweet little girl was just a few days old.

Newborn photo shoots with siblings are always extra special. There’s something so beautiful about the bond between siblings, and it’s such a joy to capture those moments, even if the older sibling is a little unsure at first. In this session, the toddler sister was so sweet with her baby sister. It was clear how much love was already shared between the two.

Shooting at their home made it comfortable for everyone. I brought along my portable studio setup, so we had everything we needed right there, including soft wraps, backdrops, and props. We spent some time capturing both natural portraits of the newborn and some family shots with the toddler sister. It’s always a reminder that newborn photography is not just about capturing the baby, but the love and connection that surrounds them.
