Sydney baby photo session – 7 months old

Baby sitter session is a milestone session in a baby’s first year. The session takes place when your baby can sit, but doesn’t yet walk, typically when a baby is around 6 to 9 months old. This baby girl was 7 months old at her Sydney Baby photo session. Babies are very interactive at this age, they giggle and make adorable faces. This is the age when your baby’s personality starts to emerge.

I have been lucky enough to photograph this little girl and her family for a few times now. This little cutie was so good for us. She is so adorable! She has a smile that will melt your heart.

It feels like you’ve blinked and your tiny newborn baby is now a smiling little human. Sitter baby photo sessions are so much fun! There is tonnes of laughing and giggles. The results are beautiful! I recommend a 30-60 minute session for sitter sessions since most babies have a short attention span at this age. I have found this allows plenty of time for a variety of set ups and outfit changes. Also, it’s important to allow plenty of time for baby to have a break, have a snack or milk making sure you never feel rushed.

Baby photography is more than just photos. Reliving those younger days of theirs and remembering their little cheeky faces. We live in the moment, but those beautiful details can become a blur.
