A new baby being born is one of the most exciting events in anyone’s life. This little girl was 11 days old when I captured her newborn photos. As a Sydney Newborn Baby Photographer I had a pleasure of photographing her older sister’s photos 2 years ago at the same age. Thank you for trusting me with the newborn photos of both of your babies!

Today in the blog Mum shares a little about their new family addition:
“I got professional baby photos done with my first daughter so just thought it would be nice to do it again and to also get an updated family photo.

When I first saw her I was in shock as I thought she was going to be a boy. We didn’t find out but I just carried very differently compared to my first pregnancy. I really wanted to but my husband likes the surprise. I could have found out but there would have been no way I could have kept that kind of secret.”

I would suggest contacting a photographer before your due date and plan a session in the first two weeks after the birth of your baby. Unlike other types of photography, newborn photographers need to be flexible as no one can predict the date a baby decides to make it’s entrance into the world. The first few days of a new baby are very special and it is a great idea to have your session booked in advance. Having said that, if you’ve already given birth, please reach out now and I will do my best to squeeze your session in.
